I was driving about in my car on a late Thursday evening. I knew I was looking for something but I wasn't certain of it just yet.
I still sadly live at home with my parents ( I always believed I were supposed to move out when you turned 18 but now it is 10 years later living under the same roof). Every day I wake up at 6:30am to go to work. The noble thing is that I have been saving my salary each month anticipating to purchase a property of which I would call home.
Searching for the right property was a bit tiresome and I was a bit sceptic when it came to land brokers. I was in and out of several real estate firms without getting the right one.
I heard my phone vibrating and I definitely knew it was a text, I hastily checked “Hey Alfred, when will you be back home." I quickly stepped on the gas pedal. On arriving home, my dad acquainted me with his colleague. After several deliberations, he directed me to a Parseina law firm.
Early Friday morning I booked an appointment and received a quick response for scheduled meeting at 3pm. I was highly impressed, and my anxiety was above the roof. I was longing for that time to reach and finally for my impatient self, the time finally reached.
The meeting was very informative, I was enriched with quite a load of information of which I never thought of. I was later advised to take the weekend to digest the information.
The following week I headed back and chose the preferred property. They handled me professionally and the process was swift and on time. I finally bought the property.
Now, the question is: Will you be my next client?
