A beautiful morning, the sun beautiful in its simplicity enclosing me in a warm glow. I prepare myself for a lively day ahead. I walk outside and touch the ground, I feel the coolness of the soil and marks a reminder of how alive I am. I hear harmonious echoes of birds’ chanting in a systematic rhythm as I breathe in deeply.
I prepared myself for work. When I finally arrived, I found a group of people waiting by in the reception. This was bizarre at a glance! My secretary followed behind and informed me that the group were environmental activist. What a relief that was.
I welcomed them into my office. After a few discussions the key thing I got was that the environment is deteriorating faster day by day as we use natural resources indiscriminately and failing to manage our waste. Not only are we affecting people’s lives but also affecting animals too, hence leading to extinction of several types of animal species.
The expression they had was in deep disgrace as we humans are the only ones responsible for environmental pollution. They strained that if we get concerned we will make a positive thinking change in saving our environment.
After a long informative discussion they expressed how forest destruction was prevalent from where they call home. They strained on how gradual the weather had changed and affected their agricultural practises. I heard they plea and immediately began to take action.
Now, the question is: Will you be my next client?
